| All tests related to the production process and final acceptance of the Company's products are carried out by the Company's Laboratory, which is competent to perform tests confirmed by the Laboratory Recognition Certificate No. 04/LAB/2025/TT and REC082524XP specified in the PN-EN ISO 17025 standard. Certificates available HERE We are authorized to perform: – tests of mechanical properties; – metallographic tests. We perform the following types of tests: – static tensile test at room temperature according to PN-EN ISO 6892-1, ASTM-E8 standards; – static tensile test at elevated temperature (Tmax=650°C) according to PN-EN ISO 6892-2; – Charpy impact test at room temperature and at temperatures down to minus 70°C according to PN-EN ISO 148-1, ASTM-E23 standards; – Brinell and Rockwell hardness measurements according to PN-EN ISO 6505, PN-EN ISO 6508 standards; – hardenability tests (Jominy test) according to the PN-EN ISO 642 standard; – metallographic examination – determination of microstructure, assessment of non-metallic inclusions and grain size; – analysis of the chemical composition of steel by optical spectrometry. |
